We submit your application to the Immigration office on behalf of you.
WE REMAIN AVAILABLE
Even after your documents are submitted, we stay by your side — checking the status of your application and helping with any follow-up paperwork.
Delivery of Results
We will send you the COE promptly once it is issued by the Immigration Bureau.
| REFUND POLICY |
If your visa application is not approved, we will either resubmit your application at no additional cost or refund the service fee except for retainer.
However, no refund or free resubmission will be provided in the following cases:
- You chose to proceed with the application despite being advised by us that the chance of approval was extremely low.
- You withheld critical information that could negatively impact the screening process.
- You committed a crime or failed to pay taxes during the application process.
- You did not respond to a request for additional documents from the Immigration Bureau.
- You became ineligible after submission, due to events such as losing your job.
- You withdrew the application before a decision was made.
- You submitted forged documents.
- You engaged in any other behavior that unreasonably interfered with the screening process.

- We prepare your application based on what you tell us. Please answer our questions clearly and honestly. Providing unclear information may lower your chance of visa approval, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
- By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, with no omissions or false statements.
- Some visas say the process takes about 3 months, but it can take up to a year or more. Apply early to avoid problems.
