Company Formation
Our Company Formation service supports you in setting up a legal business entity in Japan, primarily through preparing the Articles of Incorporation (AoI / teikan).
To set up your business in Japan, there are 2 types of companies:
Kabushiki Kaisha (KK) – a joint-stock company, often preferred for credibility
Godo Kaisha (GK) – a simplified LLC-type structure with easier setup.
Please note that we do not act as a filing agent. You may need to hire a Shiho-shoshi (solicitor) if you need someone else to submit the application for registration of the company on behalf of you.
